Ho messo in vendita il mio appartamento in vendita con Michael e il suo team, e alla fine ho sciolto il nostro accordo in anticipo e ho ritirato la quotazione a causa di quanto fosse diventato poco professionale e irrispettoso. Sono grato per aver ottenuto la mia licenza di venditore e per le lezioni che ho seguito lì. Le informazioni sono presentate molto bene e Michael è bravissimo nell'insegnare il lavoro del corso. È tutto nello sforzo di alimentare la loro strategia di riempire le loro classi e posti a sedere, solo per far credere ai potenziali agenti che ti daranno un'opportunità o ti aiuteranno a crescere nel settore. Una volta ottenuta la licenza.
E si scopre che non lo fanno. Se svolgi il lavoro, studi, paghi le lezioni e poi gli esami. Una volta ottenuta la mia licenza, non viene informato che assumono solo persone che gli piacciono o nelle loro parole "fa il taglio".
Durante le lezioni te lo diranno, faranno di tutto per aiutarti a entrare in campo e crescere. Solo per non dare un'opportunità ai propri studenti. Ma ti invieranno ancora volentieri e-mail di massa chiedendo rinvii o chiunque tu conosci che abbia bisogno di "aiuto" immobiliare. Non aiuta a far sembrare buoni agenti che lavorano bene sul campo, quando incontrati con agenti e agenzie non professionali come questo.
