Contro: - Comunicazione ORRIBILE da entrambi i genitori (da cui abbiamo acquistato la piscina) e figlia (che installa). Siamo stati ignorati e licenziati. Tutto andava bene a meno che non abbiamo menzionato la comunicazione come un fattore importante per fare affari.
-Non contare sulle date di installazione.
-Non contare sulle telefonate per essere in ritardo o non presentarsi.
-Non contare sulla considerazione del tuo tempo o sulla pianificazione della data di installazione
-Invece di fare il loro lavoro, minacciano i rimborsi e trovano un altro programma di installazione
-Invece di fare il lavoro per cui sono pagati, ti minacciano di farlo da solo o di trovare un altro installatore annullando così la tua garanzia.
-Esperienza orribile e piena di ansia di dover gestire l'installazione invece di ricevere semplicemente un servizio pagato molto tempo fa.
-Visualizza diversi gruppi professionali di installatori sul loro sito web, ma sono inesistenti. Usano i liceali, anche se sono grandi lavoratori, dipendono dai genitori che permettono loro di lavorare. Ottieni la figlia per l'installazione, nessun altro che sa cosa stanno facendo.
-Previsto per l'installazione il 6/14. Due giorni di pioggia. Finalmente riempito il 19/6 a causa della nostra pressione.

Verso la fine dell'estate abbiamo versato un deposito per una piscina. Abbiamo pagato per intero a febbraio e fissato una data di installazione. La nostra data di installazione è arrivata e finita. Nessun contatto. Ho chiamato per chiedere dove fossero e sono stato immediatamente urlato che il tempo non poteva essere controllato ea causa della pioggia di pochi giorni prima che il terreno era troppo bagnato. Ho sottolineato che farci sapere che non sarebbero venuti sarebbe stata la cosa giusta da fare. Hanno detto che non era il loro compito scusarsi poiché l'installazione era stata eseguita dalla figlia e avrei dovuto parlarle di scuse. Quel giorno hanno lasciato la piscina. La loro figlia è venuta per scusarsi e lasciare una piscina allestita per noi da riempire. Ha detto che sarebbe tornata il giorno dopo per controllare la zona. Ha piovuto il giorno successivo, ma il giovane equipaggio ha ripulito tutti i ciottoli o l'erba rimasti nel cerchio. Anche se piovigginava, ha preso l'equipaggio e se n'è andata dopo pranzo. Poi è tornata il giorno successivo (sabato) per cementare alcuni mattoni. Ha detto che c'era un avviso di calore e che non poteva lavorare a lungo. Ha completato la maggior parte dei mattoni e abbiamo coperto gli ultimi per tenerli asciutti fino al suo ritorno lunedì per finire di posarli. Oggi è lunedì. Ha piovuto prima e le ho mandato un messaggio per farle sapere che stava piovendo, ma che ora era soleggiato e caldo. Cinque messaggi dopo non ho sentito niente da lei. Sono le 11:00. Le ho lasciato un messaggio chiedendole quando aveva intenzione di essere qui. Niente. Poi le ho mandato un messaggio per dirle che le avevo lasciato un messaggio. Niente. Possono controllare la loro etica aziendale, le loro comunicazioni con i clienti paganti. Siamo molto delusi da mia figlia, sono inaffidabili. Avrei pagato $ 1000 in più per eliminare lo stress. Dopo 6 messaggi di testo di aggiornamenti e 3 telefonate ho finalmente raggiunto la figlia. Ho espresso la mia rabbia, frustrazione e problema con il fatto che lei non si presentasse costantemente. Mi ha minacciato ancora una volta con un rimborso dei nostri costi di installazione, sapendo benissimo che gli installatori sono stati respinti fino ad agosto. Fondamentalmente, o mi porti quando voglio lavorare o mi fermerò e ti rimborserò. Le ho detto che aveva bisogno di completare un lavoro per cui era stata pagata. Ha detto che sarebbe venuta oggi a lavorare. Non è così che si fanno gli affari. La loro più grande attrazione è stata, facciamo la nostra installazione e abbiamo pensato che fosse un bonus, ma dopo aver aspettato una settimana per qualsiasi lavoro sulla nostra piscina ed essere stati minacciati da entrambi i genitori e la figlia di rimborsare semplicemente i nostri soldi, ci dispiace spendere i nostri soldi con loro. L'ho inviato a Doughboy Pools per vedere con che tipo di rivenditori hanno a che fare le persone. Ho chiamato Doughboy in Arkansas per esprimere il nostro disappunto per questa azienda e per il modo in cui trattano i clienti.
Dopo una chiamata alla figlia, si è presentata alle 13:16. Il padre si è presentato per aiutarla a finire i muri. Molto poco professionale. La piscina è stata installata il giorno successivo.
