Ma dopo averti dato i miei soldi guadagnati duramente per aiutare a finanziare il prodotto 3-4 anni fa, la mancanza di comunicazione negli ultimi 12 mesi è fastidiosa. Ho ricevuto un totale di Zero comunicazioni da te da febbraio 2020. Non è questo il modo di trattare quelle persone che hanno scommesso e hanno sostenuto il tuo sogno.
Sarei lieto di cambiarlo in una recensione a 5 stelle. Ma senza alcun prodotto nelle mie mani e nessuna comunicazione per oltre un anno, penso di essere generoso con 2 stelle.

Ho pagato questo prodotto per intero nell'ottobre 2017 con l'intesa che sarebbe stato spedito nel 2018. Da allora ci sono state comunicazioni minime e ritardi costanti. Ora che ho chiesto un rimborso, non ho avuto risposta. Ora non ho bisogno del prodotto poiché ho installato PowerPal gratuitamente con sovvenzioni governative. Il peggior progetto di crowdfunding che ho sostenuto. Evitare!
Follow-up: dopo aver scritto questa recensione, l'azienda si è messa in contatto e ha rimborsato completamente. Mi è stato anche chiesto di ritirare la mia recensione, cosa di cui non sono completamente soddisfatto.
