Ho passato dei momenti peggiori con questa compagnia. Quello che avrebbe dovuto richiedere due settimane ha richiesto 6 mesi e alla fine non sono stato nemmeno approvato. Ecco le cose che sono successe:
-hanno chiamato ripetutamente il numero di telefono sbagliato per oltre un mese, poi sono stati scortesi con me e il mio consulente quando l'hanno capito
- ci sono voluti ancora circa 2 settimane dopo che hanno impostato un'app con me, anche se ho chiamato ripetutamente.
- hanno chiesto a mio marito di fare una richiesta medica, anche dopo che era stato approvato.
- hanno affermato di aver inviato i moduli di richiesta al mio documento, ma non erano da nessuna parte nei miei documenti e hanno dovuto essere riqualificati alcune volte prima che ne ottenessimo una copia.
- hanno molestato il mio studio medico per i moduli, anche dopo che l'ufficio medico li aveva inviati. Facendomi pensare che li avessero persi. Per molestia intendo chiamare più di 3 volte al giorno, anche dopo che l'addetto alla reception ha detto loro più volte che li avevano inviati. Hanno anche chiamato mentre eravamo lì per un'appt separata. Tuttavia, non hanno registrato tutte queste chiamate nei loro record. Dissero che parte del motivo per cui non sono stato approvato è perché il mio medico non poteva approfondire una situazione accaduta dieci anni fa. Dato che è il mio medico da soli 3 anni e quella situazione non influisce più sulla mia vita, penso che sia un motivo non valido per negare a qualcuno l'assicurazione. Anche se non lo vorrei comunque da questi ragazzi a questo punto.
Il mio posto per i servizi paramedici assicurativi. Li uso da molti anni.
