Mi sono stati rubati 80 dollari qui durante il fine settimana, quando ho chiesto di presentare un reclamo formale per registrare l'incidente, sono stato minacciato dal supervisore Sunny di essere cacciato. Nessun reclamo mai presentato, nessun aggiornamento mai fornito sebbene tutta la direzione fosse stata informata. So che i tempi sono duri, ma se vuoi dirigenti e tutori affidabili, ti consiglio caldamente di non collocare MAI la tua famiglia in una struttura di questo tipo mantenendo i loro standard. Proveniente da un EMT registrato a livello nazionale e da un CNA registrato nello stato WA, fare attenzione in questa struttura. Tutto è avvenuto il 06/2018. Grazie per aver letto, quello che ho visto è stato così intenso che ho dovuto presentare un reclamo allo stato solo per assicurarmi che ci fosse un qualche tipo di follow-up con tutti i residenti dopo la partenza, tutti meritano di essere trattati come un essere umano! Forse un anno fa, quando quelle altre recensioni sono state fatte, le cose andavano meglio nel 2018, questo è il mio aggiornamento da quello che ho visto

Sono scortesi con il personale e urlano contro di loro davanti ai clienti che entrano e ai residenti che vivono lì.

Penso che questo posto sia fantastico! Le persone qui si prendono cura di mio padre e fanno un ottimo lavoro assicurandosi che riceva le cure che merita. Posso dire che a loro piace quello che stanno facendo e sono felici di aiutare i nostri cari.
