L'infermiera non mi ha chiamato Audrey Daly per farmi sapere che la mamma sta bene, ma ha dovuto chiamare mia sorella che è di fuori città.

Per anni ho pagato per le visite a domicilio di un'infermiera VON per la cura dei piedi, lei stessa valuta 5 stelle. La mia lamentela principale non ha certo niente a che fare con lei. Sono però estremamente infastidito dal capo del servizio di cura del piede Peterborough VON che ha interrotto il servizio a domicilio a partire da marzo 2019. Il motivo è che non lo trovano più economicamente fattibile. So che sarei stato assolutamente disposto a pagare fino a $ 100 per visita ($ 60 era il costo). Molto probabilmente altri, se non tutti sul suo percorso, sarebbero stati d'accordo con un tale aumento da poter ancora ricevere un importante servizio medico.

Questo ha lasciato me (e altri) che non guidano in una situazione estremamente difficile, se non impossibile, quando si tratta di ottenere la necessaria cura del piede. Non solo non guido ma vivo da solo, non ho nessuno nella zona rurale in cui vivo che mi porterà a Peterborough per frequentare l'ufficio VON che è a ca. un'ora di macchina.

L'inconveniente e il fastidio che ciò ha causato è indescrivibile. Beh, potrei descriverlo molto di più ma la mia recensione non sarebbe stata pubblicata. Non avrò altra scelta che far uscire mia madre di 80 anni a prendermi ogni 2 mesi per portarmi a Peterborough, così potrò vedere l'infermiera VON per la cura dei piedi. Ciò richiederà 4 ore di guida (andata e ritorno) da dove vive a Peterborough per venire a prendermi, portarmi a Ptbo. per un appuntamento mi accompagni a casa E POI guidi un'altra ora per tornare a casa per non parlare del costo del gas!

Chiunque abbia preso la decisione, capo signore di cui non so il nome, si potrebbe pensare che prima che l'avidità offuscasse la tua visione avresti almeno considerato di mantenere il servizio a domicilio addebitando più soldi. Nessuna consultazione con nessuno dei clienti, solo annullata di punto in bianco con una lettera inviata per dirlo. Infine, nei numerosi errori del clericale / receptionist della tua organizzazione di cui sono stato a conoscenza nel corso degli anni, non mi hai nemmeno inviato la lettera sulla cancellazione del servizio a domicilio!

Il personale non è qualificato per assistere adulti con bisogni speciali. Molto poco professionale per far sapere a un caregiver che il personale odia un cliente!
