Sono stato invitato da Lourdes per un colloquio per la posizione di Payroll/AP Clerk. Quando sono arrivato, sono stato intervistato solo per circa 3 minuti. e Lourdes mi ha detto che richiedono 2 anni di esperienza in AP, quindi non sa nemmeno perché mi ha chiamato. Il mio curriculum afferma molto chiaramente che ho 6 mesi. esperienza come addetto alle paghe/assistente contabile. Ho cercato di spiegare che ho una conoscenza generale dell'AP e che sono disposto a imparare, ma Lourdes mi interrompeva sempre ogni volta che parlavo. Ha detto che non hanno tempo per allenarsi e che fallirò. Ero davvero offeso da quanto fosse poco professionale. Mi ha invitato per un colloquio senza nemmeno guardare il mio curriculum? Uno spreco totale di tempo e denaro per il gas, per non parlare del fatto che mi ha chiesto di compilare 3 moduli e rispondere a un esame di 145 domande appena un'ora prima dell'orario del colloquio, proprio quando stavo per uscire di casa e guidare verso loro ufficio.
In effetti, questa è la peggiore esperienza con l'applicazione che abbia mai avuto!
