Se potessi dare 0 stelle sarei inaffidabile e disorganizzato. Il modo in cui conducono gli affari non è professionale ... l'unica cosa buona di questa azienda è O.T Brittany

Molto inaffidabile. No show 3 volte, poi chiama per dire essere lì tra quattro giorni. CHIEDI una chiamata il giorno prima della visita, NESSUNA chiamata, quando chiamano vogliono mettermi in contatto lo stesso giorno della chiamata. Quando sono venuti hanno preso solo BP e temp e hanno detto che tutto sembra a posto. 6 ore dopo ricoverato in ospedale con un'infezione violenta. Tutti i sintomi erano presenti durante la loro visita. Ho subito un intervento chirurgico importante a causa del cancro. Il servizio che hanno fornito era inutile.

Durante il periodo in cui mio marito si occupava di cure domiciliari, l'infermiera era meravigliosa. Ha mostrato tanta preoccupazione e gentile cura per lui durante i 3 mesi in cui è venuta a trovarci. Dopo l'orario di lavoro le chiamate sono state prontamente restituite e ogni persona con cui abbiamo avuto contatti non è stata altro che disponibile e premurosa. Consiglierei questo gruppo a chiunque.

Non sono mai puntuali, non chiamano mai se arriveranno in ritardo o non possono farlo in un certo giorno che hanno già programmato. È molto frustrante!
