Perché ZERO non è un'opzione. Il tuo staff è orribile e manca di comunicazione e posso fare di più a 1500 miglia di distanza solo usando un telefono. Esperienza orribile con questo servizio. Mancano di comunicazione e hanno posto le stesse domande traumatiche ogni volta che hanno visitato mia suocera. Si sono presentati più volte senza conferma. Il giorno in cui mia suocera è morta, hanno mandato un'infermiera (presumibilmente per essere lì per noi), e lei ha parlato tutto il tempo, ci ha raccontato la sua intera storia di vita e la storia degli appuntamenti, non avrebbe smesso di parlare di altri clienti che erano morti , e mancava di qualsiasi senso di professionalità. Era un momento cruciale e questa infermiera ha rovinato il momento, peggiorando di molto il giorno peggiore della vita del mio partner. Si prega di NON utilizzare questo servizio. Te ne pentirai.

Questa è la seconda volta che mio padre entra in contatto con VNA prima di lasciare la riabilitazione. Ci vogliono due settimane per uscire e quando chiami per parlare con un supervisore, vieni messo in attesa e nessuno è nell'edificio per parlare con te. Quando Vna è impostato, è importante avviare i servizi non appena il paziente è a casa. Dovrebbe esserci un programma per la famiglia in modo che sappiano quando esce la terapia occupazionale e fisica. E per quanto spesso e per quanto tempo. Anche le visite dovrebbero durare più di dieci minuti. Così frustrante che le agenzie come questa assicurazione sulla bolletta, ottengono i loro soldi, ma non consegnano nulla!

Ti fanno sicuramente sentire come se lavorassi per loro. Momento cruciale nella vita di mia madre e arrivano secondo il loro programma, non il suo. 51% è colpa mia, mi fidavo che stessero fornendo tutto ciò a cui la mamma ha diritto, ora che sono stato su medicare.gov e ho seguito le infermiere in visita, sento che non faranno ancora tutto ciò per cui medicare li paga . Settimana delle vacanze, quindi aspetterò e vedrò cosa succederà la prossima settimana e aggiornerò o ridurrò la mia recensione a seconda dei casi.
