Dopo aver ricevuto il mio vaccino, il dottor Shapiro mi ha detto di aspettare quindici minuti e andarmene, ho chiesto se dovevo avvisare qualcuno prima di partire, ha risposto. Beh, non era corretto. Più tardi, dopo aver chiesto la data del prossimo appuntamento, ho scoperto che avevo bisogno di ricevere una scheda di registrazione del vaccino. Questo non era un grosso problema, il vero problema era la giovane donna responsabile della distribuzione delle carte. Trenta minuti dopo lo sparo, non avevo ancora ricevuto la mia carta. Quando sono andato a chiedere informazioni sulla carta, mi ha ignorato, poi quando ho bussato al divisorio di vetro, si è arrabbiata. Aveva un atteggiamento molto sgradevole. È la persona sbagliata per una persona alla reception. Non focalizzato sul servizio clienti. Tutti gli altri sembrano molto professionali.
TradottoIl dottor Shapiro è un ottimo dottore. L'ho visto a causa del mio passaggio nasale bloccato. È stato molto istruttivo, completo, disponibile, paziente e amichevole. Ho scoperto che il mio setto è deviato, che di solito viene corretto chirurgicamente. Ha invece suggerito prima una procedura in ufficio meno invasiva e da lì andare. È passato un mese e la procedura ha aiutato moltissimo. Posso respirare molto meglio!
TradottoHo avuto un appuntamento di follow-up oggi alle 11:45 per il mio orecchio. Ho avuto un'infezione all'orecchio e problemi di udito. Quando sono arrivato, ho chiamato l'ufficio come indicato. La donna alla reception mi ha detto di rimanere in macchina e che avrei ricevuto una chiamata quando potevo salire. Ho ricevuto la chiamata alle 12:20. Il dottore non mi ha visto fino all'una di notte, dopodiché si è messo in videoconferenza nella stanza per discutere le opzioni. Mi ha detto che quel giorno dovevo fare un esame audio. Ho aspettato fino alle 2:00 per quell'esame. Successivamente, mi è stato detto di andare ad aspettare nella sala d'attesa. Poi mi è stato detto di tornare in una delle stanze degli esami per essere visto. Ho aspettato fino alle 3:00 prima di alzarmi e andarmene. Sono andato alla reception e ho detto loro che stavo aspettando dalle 11:45 e ora erano le 3:00. Era ovvio che il dottore non mi avrebbe più visto. Ho chiesto di fare il check-out e pagare. Non una sola persona alla reception è andata a controllare dove fosse il dottore. Mi hanno chiesto quanto dovevo pagare per la visita. Gli ho detto 150 dollari.
Quindi ora sono le 3:30 e ho sprecato un'intera giornata nello studio di questo dottore. Non so se ho bisogno di inserire tubi nell'orecchio o steroidi. Nessuno poteva darmi la cortesia professionale di tenermi informato su quando il dottore sarebbe stato con me o perché ci voleva una quantità così incredibile di tempo.
Ogni volta che vado in questo ufficio, devo passare 2-3 ore aspettando solo di essere visto. Se i medici non sono in grado di vedere i pazienti, il minimo che potrebbero fare è farci riprogrammare. Trovo che gli orari di questo ufficio siano incredibilmente poco professionali.
