I have been a customer of Vimpex Kft. for several years now and I must say, their products are just average. The quality is decent but nothing special. I feel like there are better options out there, but they get the job done. Overall, I would say they are just average.

Non possono essere raggiunti per telefono o e-mail, non rispondono a nulla. Non c'è il servizio clienti, il responsabile del negozio è stato difficile da raggiungere, che non ha potuto dire nulla, perché è "solo un responsabile del negozio" ... Ci vogliono settimane per consegnare i prodotti ordinati.

Commercio all'ingrosso di prodotti chimici il 7 settembre 2020 ho comprato all'1: 30. Il cassiere ha gettato la merce. Prima di iniziare il check-in, è andato a vedere se aveva bisogno di un acceleratore fino a quando non abbiamo fumato una sigaretta. Dopo il pagamento, l'addetto all'ispezione ha messo lì altri due prodotti che non sapevo cosa fosse, e poi quando gli ho chiesto lui ha risposto con ostilità che era un regalo. Dopo che non ho capito questo e il motivo, ho chiesto se avevo quel dono. Risposta: un regalo. Dopo essere uscito dal negozio, sento quest'uomo parlare con il cassiere dietro di me in uno stato emotivo ostile.
