Mia madre ora vive a VVManor e voglio ringraziare di cuore tutti coloro che ci hanno aiutato in questo viaggio. È difficile e le persone che lavorano in VVManor sono dedicate, amorevoli, professionali e ascoltano attentamente. Fanno del loro meglio per aiutare i nostri anziani a mantenere la loro dignità mentre soffrono di una vasta gamma di malattie e difficoltà della vecchiaia. Vorrei poter dare un 5 stelle, tuttavia, come per tutti gli umani, ci sono alcune persone che forse non hanno tutto il cuore nel loro lavoro. È un lavoro a dir poco difficile e tutti hanno una brutta giornata e mi aspetto che le persone possano diventare indurite con l'ambiente circostante. Non è solo una cosa positiva quando il destinatario è un anziano che non può esprimersi come una volta o membri della famiglia che si sentono stressati. L'assistenza positiva ed eccellente del 98% dei caregiver è ciò che offre a mia madre il supporto adeguato e la tranquillità infermieristica e familiare.Grazie al team del Victoria Village per aver accolto mia madre!
