Egregio Signore/Mdm, vorrei richiamare la vostra attenzione su questo argomento in merito a un totale di 17pz di nuovi campioni di magliette che sono stati prestati e consegnati alla vostra azienda il 30 dicembre 2020 e il 5 gennaio 2021, come richiesto dalla vostra dipendente, la signora Madeline Peh per riferimento materiale e scopi di prova delle dimensioni.
Non abbiamo riscosso alcun deposito per consegnare i campioni il più velocemente possibile alla tua azienda. Abbiamo anche sostenuto il costo per i 2 viaggi di consegna come servizio di buona volontà da parte nostra. Tuttavia, abbiamo informato la signora Madeline Peh con il suo riconoscimento che i campioni devono essere restituiti dopo il test delle dimensioni.
Sono in contatto con la signora Madeline Peh da gennaio 2021 per quanto riguarda la restituzione dei campioni e l'ho informata sul pagamento da effettuare in caso di smarrimento delle magliette. Tuttavia ha espresso difficoltà nel recuperare i campioni dal suo capo e dai colleghi anche in questo lasso di tempo di 3-4 mesi. Pertanto ho deciso di scrivere alla tua e-mail di richiesta generale il 15 aprile, ma senza risposta.
Infine ho contattato di nuovo la signora Madeline Peh oggi, tuttavia purtroppo per sospettare che potesse aver bloccato il mio numero poiché i miei messaggi non erano stati recapitati (mi scuso se questa è un'ipotesi sbagliata). Pertanto scrivo qui su una piattaforma pubblica per cercare aiuto prima di concludere che la tua azienda ha effettivamente intenzione di trattenere i nostri prodotti senza pagare.
Spero di avere qualcuno che aiuti la signora Madeline Peh a risolvere questo problema o, almeno, a ricevere una risposta da qualcuno nell'azienda. Rimuoveremo questa recensione una volta risolto il problema.
