Per chi non lo sapesse, il nome fiscale di Telefunken in Spagna. Mio padre ha acquistato un televisore meno di due anni fa in un negozio Milar. Ebbene, decide di richiedere il servizio di garanzia perché il dispositivo a volte non si accende, a volte non si sente il volume, a volte non risponde al comando .... Prendono il televisore per la riparazione e impiegano più di due settimane per portalo, e quando lo restituiscono, è peggio di quando lo hanno portato via. Ora sembra brutto, l'immagine montata, scolorita ... Chiediamo un reclamo e la sua soluzione è ritirare nuovamente il prodotto, sicuramente un altro minimo di due settimane, e ripararlo. Che tipo di servizio tecnico non accende un televisore per verificarne il funzionamento prima di restituirlo al cliente? Dobbiamo fidarci questa volta che due settimane dopo restituiremo la televisione come nuova? E cosa succede se peggiora? L'utente in questo caso dovrebbe rimanere senza un dispositivo per un mese che ha pagato ad un prezzo non proprio basso per l'incompetenza di un produttore prima e di un servizio tecnico dopo? Ad ogni modo, ti basta avvisarti in modo che quando apprezzi questo marchio conosci uno dei suoi difetti, il post vendita.
