Clienti, attenzione!! La mia esperienza di lavoro con questi wedding planner è stata a dir poco un incubo. Nonostante tutta la loro brillante pubblicità su varie riviste, gli individui di questa organizzazione sono piuttosto poco professionali, maleducati e disorganizzati. Quando lavoravo con loro, forse perché erano molto pieni di prenotazioni e di personale insufficiente, sono diventata rapidamente una non entità per loro e le mie chiamate di richiesta di aiuto anche con semplici domande logistiche non sono state restituite per settimane. Non hanno mai preso l'iniziativa di rispondere alle mie chiamate; toccava sempre a me dare un seguito dopo diversi giorni di attesa. Nelle mie chiamate di follow-up, si sono mostrati infastiditi dalla mia interazione con loro e hanno chiesto spesso informazioni ridondanti che avevo già fornito loro in diverse occasioni precedenti. Nonostante abbiano parlato con me più volte, ogni volta mi hanno trattato come se fossero completamente estranei e disinteressati a me come individuo.
