Urbaco ha dovuto effettuare un audit di un terminale difettoso. Non solo ci hanno messo giù un coniglio e non sono intervenuti come concordato, nonostante vari solleciti, ma come bonus non hanno nemmeno risposto al telefono. Sconsiglio vivamente di chiamare persone così inaffidabili.
TradottoSaranno presto trascorsi tre anni dalla posa di un terminal Urbaco a Pouliguen. Ha funzionato 15 giorni. Un guasto, questo può succedere a tutti. Ma quando il provider incaricato della manutenzione di questo terminal, in questo caso Portis, fa rivivere Urbaco ogni settimana senza ottenere una risposta in cambio, è molto più sorprendente.
A seguito della risposta del proprietario, di seguito, si specifica che il terminale non è ancora funzionante a quattro anni dall'installazione. Bravo! Prodotti di qualità sicuramente ... con un'affidabilità irreprensibile. Non so cosa ci vuole come Came ad Urbaco, ma è il terminale, no scusate, il buono ... certo.

Grazie per il tempo e la fatica di rispondermi ... undici mesi dopo la pubblicazione del mio primo parere ;-) Allo stesso tempo, non siamo nella "reattività" dato che ci vorranno più di tre anni per gestire un terminale.
In considerazione di questo ritardo, non mi sembra quindi che i miei commenti siano inappropriati come suggeriresti (in ogni caso non c'è conflitto di interessi a differenza del tuo dipendente "responsabile comunicazione e marketing" che ti attribuisce cinque stelle).
Se ne ho pubblicati diversi, che presumo abbiate appena scoperto, l'ho fatto a intervalli - ecco rispettivamente sei, nove, dieci e undici mesi -, lasciando ogni volta a voi il tempo per rispondere ... Il silenzio radiofonico purtroppo. Nessuna risposta neanche ai miei innumerevoli tentativi di contatto tramite LinkedIn, Facebook, telefono, ecc. Per questo mi sfogo di certo un po ', ma non è legittimo quando un'azienda non risponde a nessuna delle vostre richieste? ;-)
Capirai facilmente che dopo tre anni posso essere negativo. Non saresti in una situazione del genere? Lei parla di una verifica nel 2018, ma era già intervenuto, in particolare nell'aprile 2017 (preventivo per la sostituzione di un cilindro inviato in Comune). Non metto in dubbio la serietà "generale" della vostra azienda o dei suoi riferimenti. Semplicemente, visto dalla mia finestra, è difficile per me essere soddisfatto quando un terminale installato a luglio 2015 funziona solo per tre brevi settimane e poi si guasta, per poi essere riparato a settembre 2018 (38 mesi di guasto). ). Le mie cattive valutazioni non riguardano i vostri prodotti stessi o la loro qualità, ma un ritardo che considero irragionevole.
Aggiorna 13/09/18. Dopo 38 mesi, la stazione di ricarica ha funzionato per alcuni giorni (inizio settembre), poi si è guastata di nuovo, poi ha ripreso a funzionare, poi si è guastata di nuovo. E il produttore si permette di criticare le mie opinioni! O ... Ognuno trarrà le conseguenze che desidera.
Risposta del Comune: "Il malfunzionamento del terminale è dovuto ad un problema tecnico relativo all'alimentazione. Il malfunzionamento non verrà risolto immediatamente". Quindi purtroppo le mie critiche sono ancora valide. Avrei preferito non doverli formulare, perché da subito sono state installate apparecchiature di qualità e poter dare a Urbaco 5 stelle ... credetemi!
