Il peggior servizio clienti con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare da quando sono diventato imprenditore 8 anni fa. La nuova unità ad ultrasuoni che avevo acquistato 12 mesi fa ha iniziato ad avere problemi. Ci è stato detto che la garanzia era passata in modo che saremmo stati responsabili delle spese di servizio. Ci è stato anche detto che non esisteva alcun programma di prestito, quindi saremmo rimasti senza la nostra macchina per tutto il tempo necessario per ripararla. Dato che funzionava ancora in modo incoerente ed era un periodo impegnativo nella nostra pratica, abbiamo trattenuto la spedizione di nuovo a loro. Quando finalmente abbiamo potuto spedirglielo, si è scoperto che avevano un programma di prestito. Tuttavia non avevano un prestito in quel momento. Una volta ricevuta la macchina, hanno scoperto che la scheda madre si era guastata. Abbiamo suggerito che forse non dovremmo essere responsabili della sostituzione della scheda madre in una macchina vecchia di un anno. Siamo andati dal proprietario dell'azienda che ha passato 15 minuti a urlare al mio capo ufficio e alla fine dicendo che solo "Dio" poteva decidere se la macchina avrebbe funzionato o meno. Anche che non vendevano più quel modello perché era una macchina così difficile. Tuttavia, hanno richiesto il pagamento prima di rispedirci la nostra macchina. Non comprerei mai altro da questa azienda.
