Non ero contento di questo posto. Sono andato per un mal di denti alle 23:00. La signora della reception era gentile. L'infermiera si stava preoccupando. Dr. no! Ovviamente non puoi vedere un dentista alle 23:00. La prima cosa che il dottor ha chiesto è stata: sono stato da un dentista? No, è notte. Poi si è rifiutata di darmi qualsiasi tipo di antidolorifico! Le ho detto che l'ibuprofene non era abbastanza forte per il dolore. Mi trattava come se fossi un drogato o qualcosa del genere. Ha detto che non voleva che diventassi dipendente dagli antidolorifici!?! Mi rendo conto che ci sono persone che sono dipendenti dalle pillole, ma questo non dà al tuo staff il diritto di trattare tutti come uno !!!!

Assolutamente nessuna compassione da parte del dottore o del personale per un paziente con dolore cronico. Ho provato una procedura temporanea sulla schiena che potrebbe aiutare, ma nel frattempo il dottor non è disposto a fornire sollievo. Mi è stato detto dopo più di una settimana che la mia Rx di rilassanti muscolari per aiutare con gli spasmi era stata riempita. Il dottore mi ha assicurato e l'infermiera ha confermato. Indovina un po? Non è successo! Ho anche ricordato la scorsa notte che durante la procedura il dottore ha detto alle infermiere di farmi firmare una liberatoria per precedenti cartelle cliniche del dolore. Stamattina presto (2 del mattino) mentre non dormivo a causa del dolore mi sono ricordato che le infermiere non l'avevano fatto. Ho chiamato l'ufficio questa mattina e nessuno si preoccupa davvero perché l'unica persona con cui puoi parlare è un programmatore. Puoi lasciare il tuo numero e pregare che la tua chiamata venga restituita. In passato mi ci sono voluti almeno due messaggi (a distanza di un paio di giorni) per essere restituito. Chiunque lavori nella gestione del dolore dovrebbe essere un paziente con dolore cronico da almeno 3 mesi. Vorrei avere qualcosa di meglio da recensire mentre pregavo di trovare un dottore e / o una clinica che potesse / mi aiutasse ...

Questo posto è uno scherzo. Hanno detto al medico del pronto soccorso che avevo un rinvio di cui non ero a conoscenza. Che erano 2 settimane quando ero al pronto soccorso. Gli hanno detto che hanno provato a chiamarmi. Ho mentito ho controllato il mio cellulare senza registrare. Hanno detto che mi chiameranno a breve, non succederà mai. Quindi li chiamo un paio di volte e nessuna chiamata restituita. Poi, quando finalmente li ho contattati, hanno detto che erano passati 30 giorni, quindi ora ho bisogno di un altro rinvio. L'infermiera era cattiva. Beh, sono un'infermiera, non sono mai stata scortese con nessuno nei miei 28 anni. Hai provato a lavorare in una casa di cura qualificata se pensi che il tuo lavoro sia duro.
