Sono stato un cliente per oltre 15 anni e finalmente ho annullato l'iscrizione e sono passato a Skype. Con Skype pago per 1 anno quello che pagavo con Uniotel per 1 mese per un servizio molto irregolare.
Servizio pessimo, servizio clienti pessimo, devi chiamare molte volte e non rispondono alle e-mail. Il servizio non ha funzionato molte volte e nessuno lo avrebbe risolto per te, dopo aver fatto il reclamo via e-mail non c'era soluzione. Dovevo chiamare quotidianamente le mie linee per vedere se la chiamata sarebbe arrivata. Poi il settore della riscossione per errore ha addebitato molti mesi insieme per non avermi chiamato in tempo e avermi detto che i pagamenti non stavano arrivando. Anche il mio servizio era inattivo, è stato interrotto per mesi. Pessima gestione.
Ci tengo a precisare che ciò è iniziato prima della pandemia. Prima che il servizio fosse buono.
