È una società che viene assunta per esternalizzare i servizi IT di un'altra società. Ho lavorato lì per alcuni mesi e come operaia:
-Proveranno a darti l'illusione che le molte cose negative del tuo lavoro cambieranno. E anche lì sanno perfettamente che non sarà così e te lo dicono ancora. Oppure non sono consapevoli della reale situazione con il loro cliente, che non so sia più grave.
-Trufferanno tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, in alcuni casi quando vorranno, approfittano dell'accordo come avviso di cambio lavoro, ma quando sono interessati saltano l'accordo come nel pagamento delle indennità di viaggio, pagando meno di cosa mette l'accordo.
-Quando sono interessati, diranno che questo è già un problema che devi affrontare con il cliente, come aver saltato per mancanza di organizzazione per darti una vacanza locale che per legge ti deve dare, e dì "beh, parla con il cliente per vedere se potrebbe fare qualcosa" e se non lo fai, finisci le vacanze.
-Ti diranno cose come non devi fare gli straordinari, ma allo stesso tempo ti raccontano le due ore che devi mangiare "vedrai come vedrai che nelle tue ore di pranzo vuoi anticipare gli incidenti in modo da non accumulare "
E tutto questo in soli 5 mesi di lavoro in questa azienda ... Che logicamente visto quello che ho visto cambio azienda.
