La nonna ha vissuto qui per un paio d'anni - durante le visite, le infermiere possono essere viste "forzatamente" mentre nutrono gli anziani. Inoltre, c'è mancanza di rispetto, pazienza e, soprattutto, compassione da parte dei custodi.
L'ambiente sembra essere frenetico e le frustrazioni e gli atteggiamenti degli infermieri si riflettono nel modo in cui svolgono i loro compiti.
Il tema comune di "È difficile". per quanto riguarda il ruolo di un infermiere / custode è una scusa scarsa per trattare qualcuno senza consapevolezza del proprio benessere totale: psicologico, emotivo e fisico.
C'erano alcune infermiere e particolari che avevano un sentore di gentilezza e compassione, ma quei pochi probabilmente sanno chi sono.
Aggiornamento: è stato riscontrato che questo luogo ha violato 51 regolamenti emanati dall'Ontario per garantire il benessere dei residenti. Ciò includeva abusi, trattamento improprio generale dei residenti e carenza di personale che influenza direttamente il benessere di coloro che vivono lì. È stato detto loro di smettere di accettare nuovi pazienti. Sfortunatamente per quelli che ancora vivono lì, hanno le mie più sentite condoglianze. Per quanto riguarda le altre opzioni, per favore fai la tua ricerca prima in quanto ci sono sicuramente opzioni migliori. Il tuo parente vivrà la vita dell'anziano in pace.
