È davvero zero stelle. Mi hanno dato una stanza che puzzava così male che ho avuto mal di testa tutta la notte e la mattina. Quando ho chiesto loro di cambiare camera, mi hanno detto che cambieranno tra poche ore ma quando sono tornato il personale è stato cambiato e quando ho chiesto la chiave che mi era stata promessa, hanno detto che non ne avevano idea. Dopo aver controllato il file sul computer, hanno detto di aver messo un ventilatore nella stanza per riparare l'odore ma il ventilatore non ha aiutato affatto. Ho chiesto di nuovo di cambiare camera, ma il supervisore mi ha detto che non avevano spazio disponibile, il che era una bugia dato che potevo vedere che molte camere erano disponibili. Erano così poco professionali e irresponsabili. Dopo aver visto nessuna speranza, ho chiesto di parlare con il dirigente superiore. Dopo aver spiegato di nuovo, il dirigente superiore ha detto o resta lì e "affronta l'odore" o spostati in una stanza senza aria condizionata e senza pulizia! Mi sono trasferito ma la stanza era così sporca. Insetti morti ovunque. Molto deludente. Non ci tornerò mai più.

Ho soggiornato qui per la laurea di mia figlia perché tutti gli hotel della zona erano prenotati. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal livello di servizio, professionalità e senso di urgenza che il personale possedeva. C'è stato un piccolo problema con un disguido nella stanza, ma il supervisore lo ha affrontato in modo tempestivo. I dormitori erano puliti, infatti, è stata un'esperienza nostalgica che mi ha fatto sentire come se fossi di nuovo al college! Sicuramente lo consiglierei. Spero che anche mio figlio frequenta questa scuola meravigliosa (stiamo incrociando le dita sui suoi punteggi SAT ... haha! Sto scherzando)

Anche se ci sono stati alcuni ostacoli lungo la strada, nel complesso è stato tutto fantastico. Lo staff ha fatto tutto quanto in loro potere per farmi sentire apprezzato e ascoltato.
