Mio marito è anziano e si confonde facilmente quando è fuori dalla sua zona di comfort familiare. Il suo medico ci ha consigliato di fare un esame del sangue all'ospedale Tri-Health. Siamo arrivati all'ospedale e ci siamo registrati nell'atrio del primo piano. Mio marito è stato incaricato di premere il pulsante sul muro dietro di lui per aprire le porte che conducono al laboratorio. Non capiva le istruzioni, quindi ho cercato di aiutare. Mi è stato detto piuttosto severamente di sedermi nella hall, non mi è stato permesso di entrare all'interno dell'ospedale. Ho informato la signora del cancelliere che aveva bisogno di assistenza, non poteva spostarsi nell'ospedale senza aiuto. Mi ha detto di sedermi nell'atrio e che mio marito sarebbe stato sorvegliato (si è seduta alla sua scrivania dandogli le spalle dopo aver aperto le porte per fargli entrare in ospedale. Ho aspettato nell'atrio per quasi un'ora perché mio marito tornasse e stava iniziando a preoccuparsi. Normalmente gli esami del sangue richiedono circa 10 minuti. Il mio telefono ha squillato, ho risposto, era mio marito che chiedeva dove fossi. Gli ho detto che ero ancora nell'atrio da cui siamo entrati . Ha detto OK e ha riattaccato. Circa 5 minuti dopo si è presentato (provenendo da una direzione diversa da quella da cui era partito. Era accompagnato da un impiegato dell'ospedale. Era stato trovato mentre girava per l'ospedale cercando di trovare il suo ritorno all'atrio dove mi aveva lasciato. L'impiegato dell'ospedale ha detto che era confuso e non sapeva dove mi aveva lasciato. Se potessi dare a questo ospedale meno di 1 stella, lo farei. Purtroppo ho bisogno per controllare la 1 stella prima di poter scrivere una recensione, spero di non averne mai bisogno andare di nuovo in questo ospedale per qualsiasi cosa. In realtà non credo che lo farò mai.
