Da dove cominciare, l'addetto alla reception è probabilmente il peggior receptionist del mondo. Quando sono entrata e l'ho salutata non ho avuto risposta, non mi ha guardato negli occhi per tutto il tempo. Ha preso la pila dei miei documenti e ha iniziato a esaminarla. La prima cosa che ha menzionato è come non dovrei evidenziarlo poiché lo evidenziano con un colore diverso e solo 1 minuto dopo ha evidenziato qualcosa con lo stesso pennarello giallo. Mi prendi in giro? Poi ha iniziato a restituirmi alcuni fogli senza dirmi niente o guardarmi. Quando è stato chiesto, ha detto che non possono accettare l'estratto conto bancario in quanto non viene stampato con tutte le 12 pagine. Per fortuna avevo gli altri miei estratti conto altrimenti avrei dovuto prendere un altro appuntamento di persona. Mi sono stati addebitati $ 30 per l'affrancatura per riavere il passaporto (vivo a 28 miglia da Washington) e non solo per l'affrancatura di $ 30 Fedex ha appena lasciato il mio passaporto sulla porta di casa. Ho dovuto chiamare un amico per venire a casa mia e ritirare il pacco. Come puoi non rendere necessaria la firma per 30 dollari. Non chiedere informazioni sui moduli ridicoli e su altri requisiti per ottenere il visto per l'Islanda, il cubo di ghiaccio di un paese, se fossi senza lavoro, i senzatetto non vivrebbero comunque in Islanda. In conclusione Se avessi saputo che anche se sono un titolare di GC e sto ancora attraversando questo calvario, non avrei mai effettuato la prenotazione.
