Poi hanno ricevuto un nuovo addetto alla reception di nome Lois che per qualche motivo mi ha dato molti problemi. Ho contattato questa società di gestione per un problema importante che ho avuto circa un mese fa e a loro non importava sfacciatamente. Hai parlato di tutto con il direttore dell'hotel. Ho spiegato che ogni volta che chiedo di mr. Steve era fuori città per l'addetto alla reception. Così alla fine mi ha richiamato e ha cercato di appianare la questione. Tuttavia è sempre un problema con l'addetto alla reception Lois. Al punto che non riesco nemmeno a ripristinare la chiave dell'hotel per la stanza, quando vado alla reception continua a tenere conversazioni personali come se io non fossi lì. Spendo oltre $ 400 a settimana in questa struttura. Quindi, se chiamo la società di gestione per lamentarmi, mi aspetterei di sentire più di quanto possa convincere il manager a chiamarti e non ho mai sue notizie. E per di più è ancora fuori città per un mese fa. Dopo oggi trasferirò la mia attività altrove e consiglierei a tutti voi di lavorare sulla cattiva gestione e sul rapporto con il servizio clienti. E solo il servizio clienti nei tuoi hotel tutti insieme.
