Ho comprato una di queste bellissime scatole di giocattoli per il primo compleanno di mia nipote.
È assolutamente stupendo, le immagini di anteprima che mi hanno inviato non gli hanno reso giustizia finché non l'ho ricevuto di persona. La consegna è stata impeccabile e anche la comunicazione e l'assistenza clienti erano troppo..consigliamo sicuramente questa azienda e comprerei di nuovo le loro adorabili scatole dei giocattoli.

È stata ordinata una scatola dei giocattoli per il regalo di Natale di mio figlio. La scatola alla fine è arrivata ad aprile - inizialmente stavamo comprendendo come ci è stato comunicato che ci sarebbe stato un ritardo nella spedizione a causa delle inondazioni. Tuttavia, la nostra pazienza si è esaurita quando la società ha informato i clienti che l'attesa era ancora di 4-5 settimane nonostante la nostra subentrasse in 13. Anche i nostri messaggi stavano ricevendo risposte molto ritardate.
Quando alla fine la nostra scatola dei giocattoli è arrivata, l'ultimo pezzo di stamina è stato completamente messo a posto. Abbiamo inviato un messaggio all'azienda con un'immagine della scatola dei giocattoli, ma questa è stata completamente ignorata. Sono così deluso, le recensioni che avevamo letto altrove erano buone ma dopo questa esperienza non userei più questa compagnia e sicuramente non le consiglierei.
