La mia linea di credito commerciale è stata acquistata da Touchmark Bank dopo che la banca coloniale ha cessato l'attività nel 2008. Quando il mio conto aziendale è stato trasferito a questa banca, inizialmente c'erano brave persone con cui era fantastico lavorare, ma ogni volta che ho chiamato la banca per servire il mio account, la persona con cui lavoravo in precedenza non era più presente. Negli ultimi dieci anni mi sono state assegnate diverse persone e, più recentemente, quando mi è stato detto che la persona precedentemente responsabile del mio account non era più lì, l'uomo successivo mi ha informato che il mio account era stato chiuso. L'ultima conversazione che ho avuto con la banca è stata il rinnovo della mia linea di credito ea quel punto mi è stato detto che il rinnovo era completo ed eravamo a posto. Ora che ho bisogno della mia linea di credito è stata chiusa senza preavviso o preavviso e nessuno in banca si è preso la briga di contattarmi per dirmelo. Inoltre, nessuno si è scusato. Apparentemente il cliente non è molto importante in questa banca.

La banca in sé va bene, ma sono le donne che lavorano in questa filiale a renderlo un posto particolarmente speciale. Come donna che possiede la propria attività, adoro quanto mi trattano in modo speciale, specialmente Linda, la manager !!! Consiglierei a chiunque di fare banca qui !! :)
