Abbiamo la seguente esperienza con tormax:
porta scorrevole posta in un nuovo edificio nel 2018 in corso di costruzione.
Non contrattare sul prezzo (costoso ma buono)
dopo aver terminato la nuova costruzione nel 2019, tormax è stato adeguato e avviato
nel 2020 il contatto porta fallirà (valore 15-50 euro)
Segue un intervento molto rapido ed esperto.
Stiamo cercando di incolparci (abuso?!?) Per una tastiera a codice che viene utilizzata una volta al giorno?
Segue una fattura di 540 euro per l'intervento che ha già richiesto 20 minuti. Questa fattura è stata contestata da noi ma è stata pagata in tempo.
Secondo tormax, la garanzia inizia con l'INSTALLAZIONE, che in pratica non equivale a NESSUNA garanzia poiché non era in uso dopo 1 anno.
Dopo qualche insistenza, segue una lettera minacciosa di un avvocato.
A cui ha risposto il nostro avvocato.
Questa azienda non capisce cosa siano i clienti soddisfatti. Una formazione nella gestione dei reclami non fa davvero male qui. Cerchi una porta scorrevole automatica? Pensa prima di iniziare, una persona notificata vale due (e tutto per un contatto di 28 euro di prezzo di vendita)
