Abbiamo cercato di ottenere risposte dall'annullamento della nostra politica di protezione aggiuntiva da aprile. Sono stati $ 1.900 che vengono aggiunti al nostro prestito auto, quindi stiamo pagando interessi sul denaro che avrebbe dovuto essere pagato alla nostra società di prestito auto. Il responsabile delle vendite non ha risposto alle nostre e-mail dal 13 maggio. Hanno detto che ci sarebbero volute 3-4 settimane. 2 mesi dopo niente!

Ultimamente ho notato lo scarso servizio clienti nei negozi, nei ristoranti, ecc.
così, quando ieri ho portato la mia macchina da Tommy e ho ricevuto lo stesso fantastico servizio che ho ricevuto negli ultimi 15 anni, ho pensato che sarebbe stato bello scrivere una recensione positiva per cambiare. Mi conoscono come cliente di Tommy e questo potrebbe aver influenzato ciò che è successo ieri, ma negli ultimi 15 anni li ho trovati amichevoli, educati e disponibili; per non parlare del loro lavoro è di prim'ordine. Ieri ho chiamato e ho chiesto se potevo fare un salto perché la mia macchina faceva rumore a intermittenza e in quel momento lo faceva. Tommy è uscito ed è saltato in macchina, non volevo spegnere la macchina perché il suono spesso si interrompeva dopo che mi fermavo. Tommy è stato in grado di identificare rapidamente il problema e anche se sembravano essere molto impegnati, e probabilmente perché era una soluzione abbastanza rapida, (15-20 minuti) lo ha fatto sul posto. In 15 anni, prendendo più auto per ispezioni e manutenzione ordinaria non ho mai avuto problemi con nessuno, sono professionali e competenti.

Di recente abbiamo acquistato una Volvo XC90 a metà marzo. Inizialmente la nostra esperienza è stata positiva. Il nostro venditore è stato molto gentile e ci ha offerto un commercio equo e solidale su una Volvo xc40 che aveva ancora una garanzia estesa. Siamo stati indotti in errore nel credere che avremmo perso il valore ancora lasciato in garanzia a meno che non lo avessimo trasformato in un'altra garanzia sulla nuova auto. Abbiamo deciso di sottoscrivere una nuova garanzia pensando di poter semplicemente prendere il valore che era rimasto e pagare la differenza. No! Abbiamo dovuto pagare l'intero importo e ci è stato detto che la società di garanzia ci avrebbe inviato un rimborso in 4-6 settimane per la prima garanzia. Quando siamo tornati a casa abbiamo chiamato la società di garanzia e ci hanno detto che non avremmo perso il valore della vecchia garanzia e che poteva essere emesso un rimborso. Così abbiamo immediatamente chiamato il pioniere Volvo e gli abbiamo detto di annullare la garanzia. Ma poiché abbiamo pagato con una carta di debito e non una carta di credito, ci hanno detto che avrebbero dovuto emettere un assegno che sarebbe stato spedito entro la settimana. Dopo numerose telefonate ed e-mail con la risposta che il nostro assegno è stato inviato per posta, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto un rimborso per nessuna delle due condizioni. Vieni a scoprirlo, non hanno mai annullato la prima garanzia e non ci hanno ancora rimborsato la nuova garanzia. Sono passati 4 mesi! Quindi in pratica stiamo pagando per una garanzia che non possediamo più e abbiamo pagato per una garanzia che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Abbiamo dovuto presentare un reclamo all'ufficio del Mass Attorney Generals nel tentativo di riavere i nostri $ 9k. Non lascio mai recensioni negative ma questo posto usa tattiche ingannevoli e sono disoneste nei confronti dei propri clienti. Acquista la tua auto altrove!
