Dopo aver inviato le foto e le ricevute, ci è stato chiesto di contattare da soli il venditore al suo negozio. Avevamo intenzione di acquistare un'altra sedia. Ora abbiamo cambiato idea. Ci è piaciuto l'aspetto decente del negozio, ma ci dispiace per un servizio post vendita così irresponsabile.
