Noi, Global Industrial Services siamo molto frustrati nell'informare che il rapporto con Throne & Derrick è stata un'esperienza molto negativa per noi.

L'anno scorso abbiamo acquistato uno strumento per la puntatura dei cavi (BOW-F-CSTE) da T&D e la pompa fornita con lo strumento era difettosa e non generava pressione. Il giorno successivo, quando abbiamo ricevuto l'unità presso il nostro negozio, il personale del nostro negozio ha riconosciuto che l'unità era difettosa e abbiamo informato T&D in merito allo stesso, le seguenti sono le dichiarazioni che abbiamo ricevuto da loro. "Dal momento in cui abbiamo aperto questo reclamo con la fabbrica, hanno interrotto la produzione del BOW-F-CSTE. Ciò significa che non accetteranno più l'unità per le riparazioni. Mi dispiace davvero per questo. Si prega di avvisare come si desidera procedere. ."

Come procedura standard, quando T&D ha richiesto di rispedire le unità alla loro fabbrica, gli inviamo l'unità a nostre spese e quanto sopra indicato era il commento che abbiamo ricevuto.

Ci sono volute circa 4-5 settimane prima che T&D rispondesse e di seguito sono riportati i commenti che abbiamo ricevuto "Come spiegato in precedenza, il produttore non è più in attività e quindi non è in grado di valutare la pompa restituita per stabilire la causa del guasto. A causa di questo non siamo in grado di ottenere alcuna nota di credito da loro e quindi non siamo in grado di fornirtene una.

T&D stava cercando di spremere più soldi da noi invece di sostenerci.

Noi, GIS, manteniamo sempre la nostra etica aziendale e un buon rapporto con i nostri clienti, quindi abbiamo completato la consegna sostituendo una pompa nuova di zecca che abbiamo acquistato a nostre spese.

Quindi, per favore, siate tutti vigili mentre trattate questo tipo di persone.

Compro da Thorne & Derrick da cinque anni e non posso criticare il loro servizio, i tempi di consegna o il prezzo. Mi sento di raccomandare.
