Sono appena stato associato a Wellington Terrace per circa 2 settimane, quando mio suocero è stato privilegiato e abbastanza fortunato da essere stato selezionato per fare di WT la sua nuova casa. Lo staff è stato fantastico, poiché conoscono ogni dettaglio delle sue simpatie e antipatie. La sua salute, sicurezza e benessere sono la loro massima priorità. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e la classifico "la migliore in Ontario". AGGIORNAMENTO 17 novembre 2020 ... Nessuno vuole vedere la persona amata trasferirsi in una struttura di assistenza a lungo termine. È una conversione difficile da avere con il tuo familiare. Il mio unico consiglio è di non rimandare, fino a quando l'elenco delle "chiamate ravvicinate" diventa così lungo che diventa urgente fare la mossa. Le liste di attesa per le migliori case LTC in Ontario sono molto lunghe, quindi pianifica con almeno 2 anni di anticipo. La persona amata ti ringrazierà in tempo. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo visitato 10 case di LTC prima che Covid arrivasse. Abbiamo visto alcune posizioni FOR PROFIT gestite molto male e alcune buone. Wellington Terrace, una struttura non a scopo di lucro gestita dalla contea, continua a distinguersi, soprattutto dal resto. Il personale è fantastico. Abbiamo imparato che senza un buon personale che sia felice di venire al lavoro, la casa LTC non è classificata a 5 stelle e non sarai felice di mettere la persona amata in quella posizione. WT ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative e dormiamo bene la notte sapendo che la nostra amata è in buone mani. (col tempo capirai cosa intendo con quell'ultimo commento, se non lo sai già)

Questa struttura è la migliore struttura per gli anziani che necessitano di aiuto per prendersi cura di se stessi. Ogni persona è trattata con dignità e rispetto.
