Consegno i farmaci a questa struttura ogni fine settimana e non ho avuto alcun problema lì. Le infermiere e gli assistenti sono quasi sempre gentili e disponibili, anche nelle notti stressanti. Onestamente fanno il miglior lavoro possibile da quello che vedo.

Il personale ruba e la casa di cura si rifiuta di pagare o sostituire gli oggetti rubati. Mia madre non è in grado di muoversi, ma il suo telefono e tablet erano rotti e hanno subito danni causati dall'acqua. Ho inviato le ricevute, ma continuo a ricevere il runaround. La direttrice Kris Welshman non si assicura che ci siano abbastanza membri del personale per tutto il giorno e non si assume alcuna responsabilità per le azioni del suo staff. Fanno programmi per pulire i residenti ma non vengono curati. I residenti chiedono aiuto e rimangono senza risposta. Daranno medicine ai tuoi cari senza il tuo permesso. (Esperienza personale) I medici impiegano mesi per rispondere. Se ami e tieni alla tua famiglia, non portarli qui. A causa del Corona Virus non sono in grado di spostare mia madre in questo momento.
