Società HOA inadeguata e poco professionale. Questa azienda è diventata la nostra società HOA negli ultimi 2 anni e da allora ci sono stati problemi. Hanno indotto le persone a pagare i loro debiti arretrati, ma questo è il loro unico attributo e anche il motivo per cui non ho dato loro solo una stella. La nostra cura della piscina ha sofferto e da quando hanno preso il sopravvento ho dovuto inviare loro le foto di una piscina molto sporca e tinta di verde quando ho chiamato per avvisarli. Pago le mie commissioni HOA in tempo e per intero ogni anno, ma ho dovuto contattarli per ottenere l'accesso alla mia piscina l'anno scorso e quest'anno. L'accesso alla piscina non è mai stato un problema con la precedente società HOA. Non consiglierei questa compagnia!
