Tutto il personale è molto gentile ed educato e sono rimasto colpito dal livello di cura che ho vissuto. Le infermiere in particolare sono molto disponibili e si sono prese cura di ascoltare le mie esigenze e di agire di conseguenza. L'edificio è pulito e moderno, quindi l'ambiente ti mette a tuo agio a differenza di altri interventi chirurgici in cui sono stato. È anche a pochi passi dal centro della città, il che rende molto facile il pendolarismo.

Finora davvero un'ottima esperienza. Il dottore si è preso il tempo di trovare i numeri per le mie esigenze invece di costringermi a scoprirli da solo. Ho posto le domande appropriate e mi ha aiutato completamente. L'edificio è pulito, ordinato e ben presentato. Gli addetti alla reception sono adorabili e facili con cui parlare, molto disponibili.

Gli addetti alla reception estremamente scortesi e poco professionali non trattano il personale con dignità o rispetto non danno un briciolo di empatia. Le ragazze senza esperienza di vita e senza compassione per gli altri riportano indietro le donne più anziane che in pensione almeno sapevano come parlare alle persone ed essere educate! Alcuni dottori stanno bene, altri sono uno spreco di spazio, ma se c'è qualcosa che non va, non aspettarti che si preoccupino abbastanza da raccoglierlo. Sono stato diagnosticato erroneamente per anni. Anche dato un supporto minimo quando alla fine è stato diagnosticato. Ho lasciato questo intervento dopo 12 anni. Evita se la tua salute è importante per te.
