I giganti verdi che hanno piantato sembravano alberi di Charlie Brown. Quando chiediamo alberi più belli abbiamo ricevuto più attitudine. Ci sono volute diverse chiamate in ufficio per sostituirli. Persino Scott ha avuto un atteggiamento quando gli abbiamo chiesto di riparare le aree danneggiate dai suoi lavoratori durante la costruzione. Ci aspettavamo che il nostro cortile sembrasse un po 'presentabile per la quantità di denaro che hanno ricevuto. Il risultato finale, molto deluso. Avrei potuto fare un lavoro migliore da solo.

Il personale non era ricettivo e sgradevole da affrontare quando si presentavano questi problemi. Alla fine abbiamo assunto un'altra azienda per correggere la strana disposizione di piante perenni e piantagioni che hanno reso un design complessivamente scadente. Così deluso.
