Il manager che ha lavorato per THG per oltre 15 anni, si è licenziato e ha lasciato di recente, si suppone che le risorse umane siano la donna che lavora alla reception. Non hai un modo legittimo di timbrare le tue ore per tenere traccia del tuo tempo e pagare. Le informazioni sulla retribuzione, sulle commissioni e sugli straordinari sono cambiate 3 volte in un periodo di 2 mesi. Questa azienda sta cadendo a pezzi e stanno trascinando i propri dipendenti verso il basso fino a quando non hanno più affari. Non stanno raggiungendo la quota di vendita perché gli agenti vengono sminuiti e trattati come se fossero bambini dai loro supervisori. Come può un'azienda avere successo se tutti non ci mettono il proprio 100% ?!
Le persone vengono rimandate a casa in anticipo PRIMA dell'orario programmato in base alla quantità di vendite che hanno. La retribuzione è cambiata così tante volte che i dipendenti non hanno ricevuto i loro assegni e se hanno la paga base non è corretta.
Ancora una volta, non lavorare per questa azienda a meno che tu non abbia intenzione di pentirtene completamente. Ho sprecato 2 mesi del mio tempo e delle mie energie per un'azienda che non può nemmeno rispondere alle mie domande, degrada continuamente gli agenti ed è estremamente e completamente disorganizzata. Sono oltremodo frustrato dal fatto che devo chiamare le risorse umane dalla donna dell'ufficio solo per vedere perché non sono stato pagato? e poi chiedetemi di dirmi, non siamo aperti per altri 30 minuti, sto sorseggiando il mio caffè proprio ora. Questo è ridicolo. Il gruppo Heller è una truffa.
Ho lavorato qui brevemente. Estremamente poco professionale, è letteralmente scoppiata una rissa mentre ero al telefono per servire un cliente. La signora TL è estremamente poco professionale. Ha fatto licenziare la sua amica. Prenderei questo lavoro solo come ultima risorsa.
