Ho chiamato per far esaminare una questione urgente riguardante mio padre e ho ricevuto un saluto molto scortese (se puoi anche chiamarlo così) Prima di poter esprimere la mia piena preoccupazione sono stato immediatamente trasferito a un messaggio vocale. Da allora ho chiamato diverse volte e l'addetto alla reception sta controllando le chiamate e ancora non ha risposto al telefono.
