La Hudson Bay Company (HBC) è un'istituzione con radici molto prima che il Canada fosse il Canada. In effetti, nel 1670 la compagnia della Baia di Hudson ottenne i diritti commerciali per vaste porzioni del Canada e delle parti centrali che circondano i Grandi laghi, inclusi gli attuali territori degli Stati Uniti come parte del Nord America britannico. Questo negozio HBC a St Laurent è da decenni una pietra miliare del centro commerciale. Il mercato al dettaglio è un mercato estremamente difficile da competere con tutti gli acquisti online di oggi. Mi piace andare in questo negozio della Baia così posso davvero sentire la merce e provare le cose. La selezione del negozio è buona ei prezzi sono ragionevoli. Il layout del negozio è logico e il servizio clienti è buono. Torno ancora in questo negozio per comprare cose e forse dovremmo tutti fare più acquisti lì per sostenere le attività locali gestite dal Canada. Ora limitato al servizio marciapiede a causa del Covid 19 in conformità con le restrizioni provinciali.

Oggi sono andato a fare shopping e devo dire che la signora che lavora alla porta vicino alla sezione abbigliamento / pigiama per bambini è stata estremamente scortese. Prima ha dato a mio figlio un'occhiataccia, poi quando le ho fatto una domanda ha risposto con atteggiamento! Non sono sicuro di quale fosse il suo problema, ma ha sicuramente reso la nostra esperienza spiacevole.

Siamo andati alla Baia per acquistare un elettrodomestico al secondo piano e l'adorabile signora che ci ha aiutato è stata fantastica !!!! Inoltre il manager di turno ha tenuto l'oggetto perché venivamo da molto lontano. Comunque il punto è che durante questo periodo difficile è bello vedere persone a cui importa davvero e sono molto piacevoli! Lavoro ben fatto

Pessimo servizio clienti, non rimarrò scioccato quando saprò che sono falliti. Non riesco a vedere come potrebbero durare con un servizio così terribile.
