Molto deluso da TowneBank di Currituck, chiamo per ottenere chiarimenti e comprensione con il mio account e fondamentalmente mi è stato detto che se avessero cercato il mio account per vedere scoperti passati e che mi avrebbero addebitato se lo avessero fatto e non ho chiamato per ottenere molestato o minacciato di essere accusato di cose di cui è stato curato volevo solo chiarimenti e una comprensione e tutto quello che ho ricevuto sono stati commenti scortesi e sgradevoli e non sono molto soddisfatto del livello del servizio clienti in questa posizione. Mio marito avrebbe aperto un conto con loro domani, ma penso che dovremo andare altrove.

Banchieri molto scortesi e irrispettosi. Ho chiamato un cliente comune per una verifica ACH. Ho parlato prima con Nancy e lei mi ha trasferito a qualcun altro. La donna non mi ha MAI chiesto il mio nome, azienda, agenzia, numero di licenza o altro. Ha subito pensato che perché il cliente "informava" sull'assicurazione sulla vita non la voleva, il che non era affatto il caso. Quindi procede a dirci senza motivo legittimo che non avrebbe verificato le sue informazioni. Si basava sui suoi sentimenti e sul suo giudizio, il che è sbagliato. La mia cliente ha seguito il protocollo corretto quando gli è stato chiesto di verificare le sue informazioni. Ha anche detto al cliente, mentre era ancora al telefono con me, che se ha bisogno di un'assicurazione sulla vita può entrare e sedersi con qualcuno e non deve parlare al telefono. Quanto è professionale tutto questo?! Non lo apprezzo affatto. Ci vuole professionalità!
