Sfortunatamente, DHCD ha riassegnato il mio prestito HPAP a questa società durante l'estate del 2020. Il mio primo pagamento era dovuto il 07/01, che ho pagato in tempo. Successivamente ho pagato i miei pagamenti mensili nelle seguenti date: 08/05, 09/01, 10/05. Da agosto la bolletta mensile dice che sono in ritardo di 30 giorni. Com'è possibile se ho appena pagato il primo mese? Quindi, li ho chiamati ad agosto e hanno detto che c'era un errore di fatturazione e che verrà risolto con il conto di settembre. Come puoi immaginare, è successo di nuovo a settembre, quindi ho chiamato di nuovo e hanno detto che era stato risolto. Ottobre è qui, stesso problema e mi hanno addebitato una penale per il ritardo che è stata detratta dall'importo del capitale aggiuntivo che ho incluso nel mio pagamento. Oggi, 29 ottobre, ho chiamato di nuovo e ho ricevuto la stessa risposta "Non so perché sta succedendo ma non possiamo risolverlo nell'assistenza clienti e non ho nessun altro numero per trasferirti". Qual è il punto di avere un servizio clienti se non possono risolvere i problemi di fatturazione. Non esiste un reparto di fatturazione o un manager che si occupi di questo problema di fatturazione. Nel frattempo non so se mi hanno segnalato e il mio credito ne risente. Servizi orribili e ancora non so cosa fare! Così frustrante.
