L'ho segnalato immediatamente alla società e alla polizia, fornendo informazioni sul camion, ecc. Ho contattato SF e ho chiesto più volte risposta, solo per essere ignorato. Hanno passato il mio problema alla loro compagnia assicurativa, ma non una volta hanno ricevuto alcun tipo di "stai bene?" richiesta di informazioni o qualsiasi tipo di dichiarazione "ci dispiace che ti sia successo" da SF. Nessun follow-up, nessuna responsabilità, nessuna scusa.
