Ho lavorato con Syntess Atrium per oltre due anni, purtroppo non soddisfa le nostre esigenze. Troppi problemi e limitazioni! Ovviamente i moduli possono essere acquistati per nuove funzioni o espansioni (piuttosto costose). Ma questi moduli non possono essere utilizzati proprio così senza l'aiuto di un dipendente che arriva (anche costoso). I manuali sono messi insieme molto male Penso che sia stato fatto consapevolmente e nonostante sia un sistema molto utilizzato nei Paesi Bassi, non ci sono informazioni disponibili su Internet (si pensi ai film, ai manuali e alle esperienze di YouTube). Tutto è promesso, ma in pratica è deludente. L'helpdesk passa da moderato a cattivo e vorrebbe spingere per un dipendente a venire (a un costo aggiuntivo ovviamente). Per quanto riguarda il software stesso, sembra molto antiquato e non è molto flessibile. spesso si blocca, il che è dovuto al computer secondo l'helpdesk. Le citazioni sembrano molto 1980 dall'aggiunta di immagini, PDF e così via è molto limitato. L'ordine di lavoro mobile non ha un'app, ma richiede sempre una connessione tramite il browser, il che è molto difficile per i meccanici.
