Sfortunatamente, mi sento obbligato a prendere tempo e inviare un feedback onesto su Synergy Signs / Graphics a causa della mia esperienza con Jim Dawson, il proprietario. Anche se la mia prima impressione ed esperienza con lui e il suo team è stata molto positiva, si è rivelata estremamente deludente quando il progetto è stato FINALMENTE completato. Ho pagato il 50% di sconto sul progetto e poi ci è voluto più di un anno da quel momento fino a quando il progetto è stato completato. Una volta ottenuto il mio deposito, ho sentito pochissime comunicazioni da parte sua ed era estremamente frustrante lavorare con l'altro subappaltatore che lavorava per completare la fondazione del segno. Ha finito per giocare con il dito puntato e incolpare quando le cose non sono andate come previsto, e mi ha lasciato a risolvere i dettagli da solo. Comunicatore molto scarso, molto lento nel completare il progetto e ripenserei SICURAMENTE a lavorare con questa squadra in futuro. Sono estremamente artistici e creativi, ma quando si tratta di comunicazione ed esecuzione lasciano molto a desiderare.
