Prima di iniziare le sessioni di contatto con sua figlia al Surrey Family & Mediation Services ... Un padre è stato detto da Eileen Pereira che l'organizzazione aveva politiche ben documentate che impedivano a tutti i genitori di scattare fotografie, registrare video o audio durante le sessioni di contatto.
In precedenza, in diversi contact center, la madre aveva avanzato 6 false accuse separate sui commenti del padre. Ogni falsa accusa è stata confutata quando il padre ha prodotto registrazioni audio, che hanno dimostrato che stava mentendo.
Al padre è stato detto che riceverà una copia di tutte le politiche, perché nessuna è stata pubblicata o citata sul sito web dell'organizzazione. Né c'erano copie conservate in loco in formato cartaceo o elettronico.
La seconda volta che il padre ha chiesto una copia delle politiche che è stato costretto ad accettare di rispettare, il contatto è stato interrotto perché il padre era etichettato come polemico distruttivo.
L'atto di interrompere il contatto tra un figlio e il padre è dirompente e, a volte, devastante per entrambi. Nel tribunale della contea di Guildford, il giudice Alison Raeside abbiamo agito molto rapidamente su suggerimento di Eileen Pereira.
