Quando Rachel è venuta a casa mia oggi, 21 luglio, è venuta con delle scuse per la sua mancanza di comunicazione e per non aver portato la mia lista di farmaci. Rachel uscì di casa dopo aver deviato e dato scuse per la sua mancanza di comunicazione. Rachel ha anche affermato accuse offensive su di me mentre usciva dalla porta. Ho contattato il suo supervisore diretto, Lana King (dopo aver ottenuto da nessuna parte il loro numero generale e ho dovuto contattare il loro receptionist PCA) che ha eseguito il backup di Rachel e non si sarebbe assunto la responsabilità delle loro scarse capacità di gestione e della scarsa comunicazione. Anche Lana King è stata estremamente scortese, intollerante e arrogante con me al telefono e "ha sostenuto la sua infermiera" non prendendosi il tempo di ascoltare la mia parte. Rachel Garant, un'infermiera di due anni che esce dalla casa di un cliente senza fare il suo lavoro, è completamente immorale e poco professionale. Rachel mi ha urlato contro, si è messa estremamente sulla difensiva, non si è presa la responsabilità delle sue azioni di scarsa comunicazione. e sono uscito di casa lasciando tutte le tazze e le medicine sul mio tavolo. Si prega di non utilizzare Superior Home Care, Inc. Sono un adulto vulnerabile e ora non ho i miei farmaci riempiti e avevo bicchieri, medicine e carte sul tavolo della cucina quando Rachel è uscita da casa senza fare il suo lavoro .

Hanno assunto una persona per prendersi cura di mia madre con l'Alzheimer che era un criminale condannato e sul programma del metadone. Non ne sono affatto contento. La condanna per reato di questa persona era perché ha rubato gioielli costosi e antidolorifici da un adulto vulnerabile a lei affidato.
