Esperienza orribile con il telefono: in attesa terminale, oltre 30 minuti in 2 occasioni e quando fino al numero 1, il tempo di attesa era di altri 10 minuti prima che mi sentissi frustrato e riattaccassi. Credo davvero che la musica e i numeri preconfezionati servano solo a frustrare i cittadini, quindi riagganciano e nessuno in questo ufficio cittadino deve davvero lavorare. Oserei indovinare che qualsiasi persona in quell'ufficio si aspetterebbe di essere trattata in modo più rispettoso e in modo molto più tempestivo se visitasse il MIO ufficio e la proverbiale scarpa fosse ai loro piedi.
