Dopo aver addebitato la mia carta di credito per una valutazione, ci sono voluti 7 giorni per convincere un perito a contattarmi effettivamente, dopo aver effettuato ripetute telefonate. Il perito che hanno assunto era il fondo del barile, le valutazioni RTS, che ha effettuato una valutazione utilizzando i comps al di fuori della mia zona e distretto scolastico. La valutazione è stata così bassa che ha rovinato il mio rifinanziamento. Era di $ 30.000 in meno rispetto alla mia valutazione di 2 anni prima in un mercato in apprezzamento. Streetlinks non è stato d'aiuto e il perito non ha nemmeno risposto alla mia confutazione. Se rifinanzerò di nuovo, chiederò se vengono utilizzati collegamenti stradali e non rifinanzerò in tal caso.

In qualità di perito ... STAI lontano da questa azienda. Assumono i periti PIÙ ECONOMICI che il 99% delle volte hanno le qualifiche MENO. Sono come un "mulino per cuccioli". Ho MOLTI amici stimatori che ricevono ordini da loro offrendo 10 centesimi sul dollaro. Affideresti la tua vita a un medico non qualificato $ 10 / ora? O assumere un avvocato da $ 5 / ora per difenderti in un caso legale serio? No. Perché sei più intelligente di così. Stai lontano da questa compagnia.
