se potessi dare 0 stelle, lo farei ... la peggior banca di sempre ... chiusa in giorni casuali a causa di festività che non sono nemmeno pubblicate su un calendario (perché è così insignificante le festività .. sono chiuse dopo 5 lunedì - giovedì e Il venerdì alle 4:30 .. non è aperto nei fine settimana e se ricevi un deposito diretto in vacanza devi aspettare il giorno lavorativo successivo affinché vada a buon fine .. odio questa banca e chiudo tutti i conti non appena possibile

Aprono M-F dalle 9:30 alle 16:30 ma nessuno risponde o risponde alle chiamate. Buona fortuna se hai intenzione di aprire un conto qui.
TradottoPEGGIORE UNIONE DI CREDITO MAI ... il servizio clienti è orribile .. ci sono solo 3 persone che lavorano in tutta la banca! quindi nessuno risponde alle tue chiamate o se lasci un messaggio vocale, non ti risponderà mai! Chiudono presto, il loro bancomat è sempre inattivo o "senza soldi" non sdoganano mai gli assegni in modo tempestivo, quindi i soldi nel tuo conto rimangono in sospeso per giorni anche se gli addebiti sono già stati registrati? ma ovviamente quando chiami per farli sgomberare .. non hai risposta .. ho ricevuto denaro rubato dal mio conto da qualcuno fino a Las Vegas .. (chiaramente un lavoro interno) e ci è voluto un'eternità per loro riavere i miei soldi ... non posso più trattare con questa banca ... devo chiudere i miei conti e trovare una nuova banca. Seriamente più stressante di qualsiasi banca con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare.
