Formaggi fantastici, personale straordinario! Grande fan del gouda ai semi di senape, dello spago tirato a mano e del cheddar invecchiato 8 anni! Non so perché qualcuno si sia lamentato della dimensione dei campioni, ma capisco quando vado a fare la spesa, o in qualsiasi altro negozio, i campioni sono una cortesia e non un dato! Il formaggio è di altissima qualità e molto locale. E nessuno serve la plastica di proposito, ma sembra che potrebbe essere un errore onesto al mercato di un contadino.

Prendi tutti i miei soldi e dammi tutto il formaggio! Così buono!

Compro il tuo formaggio tutto il tempo. Adoro il Blue Cheese e il Parmagano. Vado settimanalmente al Tinley Park Farmers Market. La signora che rappresenta la tua azienda è scortese ha un atteggiamento orribile e non è amichevole con i clienti. Distribuisce i campioni più piccoli tagliati con la plastica. Ero in piedi accanto a una cliente che aveva la plastica in bocca a causa del campione che la signora ha tagliato. L'ho sentita dire a causa sua (il tuo rappresentante) che non avrebbe mai comprato il tuo formaggio. Se questo non cambia sarò il primo a far sapere agli altri clienti di NON acquistare il tuo formaggio
